He has long been journeying, from his native land of Senegal, West Africa, to Quito (Ecuador), Brussels (Belguim), Lyon (France), Hamburg (Germany), Madrid (Spain), and most recently, Massachusetts. His travels have allowed him to exhibit his work in unique settings, and enrich his style of painting. While he considers his work "abstract expressionism" his style is always in evolution. He seeks to challenge the properties of color, form, symbolism, and texture. He expresses his personal ideas, fantasies, and emotions with the materials with which his hands work. His brush dances over canvas to produce works that are unique and soulful, and which provoke the spirit.
